Freelance  ·  Project-based  ·  No retainer required

The work,
without the overhead.

Operations problems do not care about org charts. If something is broken, undocumented, or taking three times longer than it should, that is a solvable problem. I take on project-based freelance work across ops, automation, finance, and web.

What I actually do

Workflow Automation
Manual processes that run 10, 15, 20 times a week are the ones worth automating. I build Power Automate flows, Office Scripts, and Excel automation that handle the repetitive work so the team does not have to. Intake routing, report generation, remittance emails, batch processing.
Power Automate Office Scripts Excel Microsoft Forms
Operations Cleanup and SOPs
Most operations problems are not complicated. They are undocumented. I map existing workflows, identify where things break, rebuild the process, and write documentation clear enough that it does not need me to explain it. The goal is a system that runs without me in it.

AP and AR Setup and Cleanup
Messy vendor records, approval workflows nobody follows, invoices that live in three different places. I have seen all of it. I build AP and AR systems that are accurate, auditable, and not held together by one person's tribal knowledge. Setup, cleanup, or both.
Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable SAP Airtable
Excel and Reporting
Dashboards, financial reports, and data models built to be used by the people who need them, not just the person who built them. Custom workbooks with validation, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Office Scripts. Power BI dashboards for anything that needs to live outside a spreadsheet.

SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Document management that people actually use. I build SharePoint intranet hubs, set up folder structures that make sense, connect Microsoft Forms to Power Automate for automated intake and routing, and clean up the Microsoft 365 environments that have grown too organically to navigate.

Web Build and SEO
Static HTML sites built clean and deployed via Cloudflare. No bloated CMS, no unnecessary dependencies. Paired with a full SEO audit covering keyword targeting, meta structure, and on-page fundamentals. Good for small businesses that need a real web presence without the agency price tag.

How it works

1
Tell me what is broken
Email or book a call. Describe the problem as specifically as you can. The more detail the better, but if you just know something is slow or wrong and cannot name it yet, that is fine too.
2
Scope and proposal
I will map out what the project actually involves, what the deliverable looks like, and what it will take to get there. No vague retainer, no scope creep by default. Just a clear project with a clear output.
3
Build it
I work independently with check-ins at the stages that matter. You do not need to be in every step. You do need to be reachable when a decision has to be made.
4
Hand it off with documentation
Everything gets documented before it leaves my hands. The goal is a system that works without me in it. If it breaks six months later because nobody knows how it runs, that is a bad handoff.
Good fit for
· Small to mid-size businesses with operational problems that do not need a full-time hire
· Teams that have outgrown their current process and need someone to rebuild it properly
· Founders or operators who know what is broken but do not have the time to fix it
· Anyone who needs a real deliverable, not a deck about a deliverable
Not a fit if
· You need someone available 40 hours a week indefinitely
· The project has no defined outcome and no clear decision maker
· You need custom software development or enterprise-level IT infrastructure
Portfolio

See the actual work

Every project on my portfolio site is something I built. The STAR format shows the situation, what I was asked to do, what I actually did, and what the result was. No vague bullets. No inflated scope. If you want to know what working with me looks like, that is the place to look.

FAQ

Common questions

How do you price projects?
Project-based. Scope and price are agreed upfront so there are no surprises at the end. Get in touch with a description of what you need and I will put together a proposal.
How long do projects typically take?
Depends entirely on scope. A single automation build or a focused audit can be done in a week or two. A full operations cleanup or SharePoint infrastructure build takes longer. Timeline is part of the proposal conversation.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. Everything is remote. Time zone overlap helps for check-ins but is not a hard requirement for most project types.
What if I am not sure exactly what I need?
That is a normal place to start. Book a call and describe the problem. Figuring out what the actual project should be is part of the work. You do not need to have it scoped before reaching out.
Will I be able to maintain what you build without you?
That is the goal. Every project includes documentation. If I build something you cannot run without calling me every month, I did not finish the job.

Describe the problem, the tool, or the process. If you know the outcome you need but not the path to get there, that is fine. That part is what I am here for.

Usually responds within one business day. If the project is not a fit I will say so.
